As a Corporate Unifier-in-Chief par excellence, she brokered the first strategic alliance meeting between Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State (Nigeria’s largest/richest commercial state) and Governor Ma Xingrui of Guangdong Province (China’s richest province) in 2019. This collaboration gave rise to cross investments of over 2 billion USD.

Chief Diana Chen may have contributed more to furthering diplomatic/trade relationship between China and Africa more than any other entrepreneur of Chinese extraction. In just under a decade, Chief Chen has contributed a significant quota to Nigeria's economic development as an impact investor, large-scale employer of labour, technology transfer advocate, and facilitator of China-Nigeria trade cooperation.
