Recruitment Process

  • checkSelection criteria: We shortlist top candidates based on the set criteria listed in the above
  • checkAssessment Centre: Candidates undergo an aptitude test at our assessment centres
  • checkFirst level interview: Successful candidates will attend a virtual interview to meet with the Human resources and other management team
  • checkGroup Discussion: Successful candidates in the first level interview would be invited for group session discussion at our head office.
  • checkGroup Discussion: Successful candidates in the first level interview would be invited for group session discussion at our head office.
  • checkOffer: Successful candidates receive offer letters.
